The New Front is a multi-million pound redevelopment by Town Centre Securities, located on Merrion Way comprising of a total of 77,000 sq.ft. of new retail and leisure facilities, public realm works and improved car parking.
Trinity Leeds is a 1 million square foot retail led development and the only major scheme of its kind to be completed in Western Europe in 2013. The most exciting development in the UK providing 120 new shops, restaurants, cinema and leisure, Trinity Leeds brings an unparalleled shopping environment to the centre of Leeds and promises to become a beacon of retail excellence.
The Leeds Arena will bring a world class concert and entertainment venue to the city that will raise the profile of Leeds on a national and international stage. It will feature a unique 'super theatre' design that is the first of its kind in Europe.
Merchant Gate is a 6.9 hectare development linking the station to the city centre and is one of the most important City Centre development sites in Yorkshire. It will deliver 700,000 sq ft of mixed-use development including offices, a hotel, retail/leisure and 350 new homes.
Due to open in late 2014, the Leeds Station Southern Entrance will serve the extensively redeveloped areas to the south of the city centre. The unique scheme will feature a concourse deck over the River Aire within a visually iconic enclosed building.
A striking new civic home for Wakefield Council, Wakefield One is the jewel in the crown of the Merchant Gate masterplan, a major regeneration project spanning 17 acres.
The listed entrance buildings of Tower Works have been skilfully redeveloped alongside a striking new build element to provide high quality office and studio space. Tower Works is set around a public square that lies adjacent to the canal and incorporates both the Verona and Giotto chimneys modelled on Renaissance towers in Italy.
The Langwith College project includes the design and build of several accommodation blocks for the University of York. The buildings comprise of a variety of construction methods including in-situ concrete, timber frame and structural steel frame which, once complete, will achieve a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good'.
